Disney+, the brand new streaming service from Disney, has gone live today (November 12), but customers have experienced technical issues just a few hours into the launch.

After attempting to download the new platform, some people have been greeted with an error message which states ‘unable to connect’, accompanied with characters from Wreck-It Ralph. Users are then recommended to exit the service and try again later.

The technical issues began being highlighted when customers took to Twitter to discuss them. While some said they viewed the connection error, some were struggling to find the Disney+ app in the Apple store.

A spokesperson for Disney+ has said that the company is working fast to fix the service outages, saying: ‘The consumer demand for Disney+ has exceeded our highest expectations.

‘While we are pleased by this incredible response, we are aware of the current user issues and are working to swiftly resolve them. We appreciate your patience.’
