Disney is making another reboot of a classic title in its vault by focusing on Robin Hood, hot on the heels of success from past projects such as Aladdin, Mulan and The Lion King.

The film will be available exclusively on Disney Plus, and Kari Granlund (who wrote the Lady and the Tramp remake) is reportedly being eyed for this screenplay.

The Verge reports that the new Robin Hood will show anthropomorphic animals, and that it will be coming back to screens as a musical.

Currently, production details are being severely impacted due to the coronavirus outbreak. With productions shut down across the globe, a timeline is not available.

What’s more, Variety has reported that employees at labels such as Marvel, Lucasfilm and Pixar have been furloughed due to coronavirus related shutdowns.
