It has recently been reported that Disney is developing a new Hocus Pocus movie for its streaming service Disney+, although the news comprised rumours at that point.
However, now Sarah Jessica Parker has taken to Instagram to confirm that she is coming back for a sequel along with Bette Midler and Kathy Najimy.
An image from the original movie was uploaded to the star’s profile on the social platform, with the caption ‘Halloween 2019. One for the books.’
A fan commented on the image, asking ‘Any chance of a sequel?!’ Her reply was ‘we have all said yes. Now we wait.’
When another fan asked ‘Round 2?’ she replied ‘we await instructions! X’
