There has been some confusion lately for subscribers who made the most of the Paramount+ and Showtime bundle with Apple TV Channels, as some have been receiving refunds for their subscriptions.

Streamers took to Reddit and Twitter to share their confusion, with some of them sharing that their subscriptions had been refunded due to being ‘expired’. They drew the conclusion that their subscriptions were ending due to the package no longer being available on Apple TV Channels.

Those experiencing this confusion have apparently been receiving responses from Apple with conflicting information. For example, some claim to have been told by Apple that the billing error is a mistake which can be fixed.

Others have allegedly been told by the technology giant that the bundle was a limited offer which would expire after one year. While users still appear able to access the two streaming services, they are of the belief that this may not remain the case for much longer.

The offer has been in place since last August, back when Paramount+ was still CBS All Access. If it lasted for a year, it makes sense that the expiry would happen now, but it would appear that subscribers were not aware of the upcoming change.
