Two of Netflix’s most popular movie franchises are coming to an end, as the streaming giant ends The Kissing Booth and To All The Boys with third and final movies.
The news was confirmed upon the release of Netflix’s full 2021 movie slate, where fans learned the last title in each franchise would be The Kissing Booth 3 and To All The Boys: Always and Forever, Lara Jean.
Having started in 2018, both franchises have proven to bring in good numbers for the platform. The Kissing Booth focuses on Elle Evans, who ends up kissing her best friends’ brother at a kissing booth and breaking their friendship pact.
Meanwhile, To All The Boys stars Lara Jean Covey and the release of her secret love letters. She enters a fake relationship with one of them, but the pair soon realise they have real feelings for each other.
The final To All The Boys movie comes out on 12 February 2021, but the Kissing Booth 3 has not been assigned its 2021 release date at the time of writing.
