With so many people looking to find workouts they can do from home during the coronavirus lockdown, there are plenty taking over the internet right now.
A comedian called Laura Cleary has made use of one of her characters, Pamela Pupkin, to come up with a ‘Quarantine routine’.
She demonstrates how to watch your hands for 20 seconds and ‘work those thighs, sanitise’.
At one point she says: ‘Hey COVID-19, you don’t scare us. I’ve got 19 ways to destroy your ass.’
She does several other movements, such as moving side to side while chanting ‘We’re spraying and we’re praying.’
The move has inspired several parodies across social media channels, with people on YouTube and Instagram doing their own routines to the catchy tune.
