Quibi, the newly launched mobile-focused streaming platform, has unveiled a number of shows which have proven to be major talking points.
One such show is 50 States Of Fright, which has been previewed in a clip on Twitter and reveals an anthology of horror stories originating in the US.
The Golden Arm episode shows Rachel Brosnahan, an Emmy-award winning actress, play a woman who is obsessed with her golden arm.
The clip shows an arm which has had people comparing it to the Infinity Gauntlet from the Marvel comics.
The obsession led to the woman getting ‘pulmonary gold disease’ and dying in hospital as she refused to take off the prosthetic.
50 States of Fright is now airing on Quibi.
Other news reveals that Amazon Prime Video has been working hard to build up a massive movie and TV library.
As they’re aware of how much fans enjoy streaming series like 50 States of Fright, the platform is now providing subscribers with the best value for money with its standalone service priced at just $8.99 a month.
Furthermore, the platform now has over 14,000 movies – which is three times as many as competitors like Netflix!
