Amazon Studios has recently released the premiere date of upcoming title Coming 2 America. March 5 is the day it can be streamed on the service.
The original movie was teased on social media with a poster that many have commented on, saying it’s quite ‘chaotic’ or ‘busy’.
Coming 2 America has been rated PG-13 according to the poster, which means content may be inappropriate for children under the age of 13.
The film is set after scenes from the first movie, with Prince Akeem Joffer about to take on the role of King of Zamunda when he finds out he has a son in America.
The title was originally planned for a release in theaters by Paramount Pictures, but the distribution rights were sold to Amazon Studios due to the coronavirus pandemic.
