For those who enjoyed the Baby-Sitter’s Club when they were younger, they will be excited to learn that there is a series coming out on Netflix today.
The book series from Ann M Martin has previously been a series, with a brief airing in 1990 followed by a movie in 1995.
However, now Netflix has decided to breathe new life into the stories of Kristy Thomas, Mary-Ann Spier, Claudia Kishi, Stacey McGill and Dawn Schafer.
In an interview with Good Housekeeping, Alicia Silverstone revealed that ‘this show is about these five girls trying to figure this stuff out, you know? Finding yourself…all the juicy stuff.’
The series will be out for streaming on Netflix from Friday, July 3. There is a trailer available to watch on YouTube in the meantime.
