There is not much of a wait left before we can watch UFC Fight Night Jacksonville featuring Overeem vs Harris.
The highlighted fighters here are, of course, Alistair Overeem and Walt Harris. The two are closely matched as they are ranked #8 and #9 heavyweight respectively.
While Overeem is a former Kickboxing champion, Harris is a Golden Gloves amateur boxing champion.
Harris is taking part in his first fight since the tragic loss of his stepdaughter. He has won 2 fights in a row thus far, and his 13 wins have been via knockout.
Meanwhile, Overeem has been in the pro world since the age of 19 and he gained recognition on the fight circuit in Japan. He is known for beating five former UFC champions.
Another fight airing is Gadelha vs Hill. While Gadelha is #6 ranked strawweight, BJJ World Champion and 2013 Fan Favourite Fighter of the Year, Hill is an undefeated kickboxing champion with 5 wins by knockout. What’s more, she’s a former Invicta FC champion.
This fight is exclusively live on ESPN+, and those watching on linear TV will need to wait until it’s aired to see an immediate replay.
