New details about upcoming streaming service Peacock are set to be revealed by Comcast and NBCUniversal.
The two companies have scheduled an investor event where they will provide further details about their strategy for entering the streaming market.
Executives will present the information on January 16 2020 at 30 Rockefeller Plaza in New York, known to be a longtime home of the company.
The only details the public currently knows about the service in terms of content acquisition is that rights to The Office have been secured.
Peacock is joining the market alongside longtime champions Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, as well as newcomers Apple TV+ and Disney+.
