Charming teen romcom The Kissing Booth returns to our screens via Netflix today (July 24th) with its sequel, The Kissing Booth 2. Spoilers for the first film below!
After the events of The Kissing Booth saw main character Elle (Joey King) start dating Noah (Jacob Elordi), the sequel follows her attempts to handle a long distance relationship when Noah heads to Harvard – while both of them deal with new potential romances. Meanwhile, Ollie (Judd Krok) is crushing on a classmate, and Lee (Joel Courtney) and Rachel (Meganne Young) are back and falling more and more in love with each other.
The good news is, so far, the movie is getting generally positive reviews – with critics praising its upbeat tone and sweet story.
