One of the most hotly anticipated releases for 2020 is Borat 2, which will be available on Amazon Prime Video for streaming in just a few days. Fans only recently learned about the movie after Sacha Baron Cohen released a trailer along with the release date.
The announcement came in the form of a video which praised President Donald Trump for being ‘the strongest premier in history’ after a Presidential election debate. In a Tweet, Baron Cohen said that Trump was a ‘great friend of the Kazakh people’ and he was someone who ‘always put America and Kazakhstan first’.

When will Borat 2 come out on Amazon Prime Video?
There isn’t long to wait for the release of Borat 2, as it is out on Amazon Prime Video on October 23, 2020. Those who are signed up for Amazon Prime will be able to check out the title, and the good news is that new subscribers can check out a 30 day free trial.
Will there be another Borat movie?
There is no official update on whether there will be another Borat movie, but it would make sense for Amazon Prime Video to work with Baron Cohen on a third instalment if this one is as successful as the first. That said, there was a 14 year gap between the 2006 movie and this one – so does that mean Borat 3 won’t be out until 2034?!

From the trailer, we know that Borat goes back to the US and several hilarious moments will go down. However, what else can we expect? In an interview with The New York Times, Baron Cohen revealed that he moves in with two conspiracy theorists for a few days during the movie in order to show how they are ‘completely different to the politicians who are motivated by their own power’ and have instead been ‘fed a diet of lies’.
