HBO Max has plenty of new content being developed, and the latest series ordered for the upcoming streaming service is a comedy called Classified.
The show will examine what life would be like for interns at the CIA, focusing on workplace scenes at the foreign intelligence agency.
Classified comes from a partnership between Paramount Television and David Sidorov, a writer who has worked on content such as Alternatino with Arturo Castro, Gong Show’s revival and Billy on the Street.
Other upcoming content from HBO Max includes Looney Tunes shows, stand up comedy specials with Conan O’Brien, Green Lantern-inspired content with Greg Berlanti and a Made For Love novel adaptation.
In October 2017, Simon Helberg of The Big Bang Theory signed on to executive produce a comedy called Need to Know at CBS, which was similar in concept to Classified. However, according to Variety, the show never made it to air.
