It’s clear that Disney Plus has an enviable library of content, with shows and movies from Pixar, Marvel and National Geographic to name but a few. However, some of them have been taken off the platform, and it’s left a number of fans unhappy.
A recent Reddit thread has listed the titles which have come down, and they include popular movies Home Alone and Home Alone 2: Lost in New York, as well as Dr Dolittle, The Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides and The Sandlot.
While Disney has been clear on which content is getting uploaded to the platform, fans were given an unwelcome surprise when they went to watch a feature recently, only to discover it had been taken down.
Disney recently released a preview trailer video which highlighted all of the upcoming content for 2020, including the Lizzie McGuire reboot and a release date for WandaVision which has been pushed forward from 2021.
Other titles you can look forward to include Lamp Life, Stargirl, Timmy Failure: Mistakes Were Made and Diary of a Future President. January 2020 sees blockbuster hits Aladdin and The Lion King come to the platform too.
