Disney Plus series Falcon and Winter Soldier has been generating a lot of excitement, and now there is news of a new cast member.
Cle Bennett has been revealed in a set photo from Sebastian Stan, who plays the role of the Winter Soldier. He was photographed with Bennett, Wyatt Russell and Anthony Mackie.
Bennett has previously been in Amazon shows – The Tick’s season two and the final season of The Man in the High Castle. Some may also recognise him from the eighth Saw film, Jigsaw.
The news of his casting was reported by Murphy’s Multiverse in November 2019, but the photo from Stan adds additional credibility.
The premise of the show is as follows: ‘Following the events of ‘Avengers: Endgame,’ Sam Wilson, aka The Falcon (Mackie), and Bucky Barnes, aka The Winter Soldier (Stan), team up in a global adventure that tests their abilities—and their patience—in this upcoming miniseries.’
