There is a new cast member for the Gossip Girl reboot. Emily Alyn Lind will play a lead role on the HBO Max series.
The new show was ordered straight to series in 2019. The storyline is still focused on New York teens attending private school.
The series has been described as looking at how social media and New York has changed in the last eight years.
Lind is playing a character called Audrey who has been in a relationship for a while and is beginning to get restless.
The original Gossip Girl series had six seasons on the CW and ended in 2012. It starred Leighton Meester, Penn Badgley, Chace Crawford, Ed Westwick and Taylor Momsen.
