The TV world was in shock recently after Ruby Rose announced that she would not be returning for the second season of Batwoman.
She said in her official statement: ‘I have made the very difficult decision to not return to Batwoman next season.
‘This was not a decision I made lightly as I have the utmost respect for the cast, crew and everyone involved with the show in both Vancouver and in Los Angeles.’
Rose had sustained a stunt injury during season 1, which resulted in paralysis and a need for emergency surgery.
However, the reasons behind her exit from the show have not been explicitly discussed or brought up.
Meanwhile, there are rumours that Sonya Deville is up for the role, which will mean a familiar face for WWE fans.
Deville is known for being the host of UFC Afterbuzz after signing with WWE. Her real name is Daria Rae Berenato.
