One of the main reasons people have been excited about HBO Max is the fact they have revealed plans for a Friends reunion.
Unfortunately, the coronavirus pandemic meant that filming schedules had to go on hold so that cast and crew could be kept safe.
The good news is that those working on the show have revealed plans to resume shooting the special – with Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer and Matthew Perry.
The co-creator of the original sitcom, which spans 10 seasons and ran on NBC, has spoken to The Wrap and revealed that ‘We are hoping to be able to shoot in August, if all is well and there is no early second wave and the studio is open.’
