Great news for Amazon Prime customers – Amazon Fire TV is expanding to include new live TV channels.
Hulu’s live service, YouTube TV and Sling TV will all now be integrated into the Live TV Tab of Fire TV. This means you can stay up to date with the latest on live TV and still enjoy your streaming favourites, with Amazon Prime’s massive library of movies and TV shows.
Sandeep Gupta, vice president of Fire TV, said: ‘We believe the future of connected TV is one that brings live content forward, simplifies the streaming and OTT landscape, and enables customers to discover the programs they want to watch with ease.’
While Sling TV, YouTube TV and Hulu’s live service were all previously available through Fire TV via separate apps, this change means they will now all be integrated together through the Live TV Tab, making browsing Amazon’s considerable selection of content far easier.
Amazon Prime is available for $12.99 a month after a 30 day free trial, so why not check out top shows like Bosch and 30 Rock now?
