Apple TV+ is slowly releasing new original content onto its streaming platform, and the latest is a live documentary called Beastie Boys Story, directed by Spike Jonze.

There is now a teaser of the upcoming feature, which gives fans a sneak peek at how the group’s journey and decades-old friendship has developed.

Mike Diamond and Adam Horovitz will star in the documentary as they explain how the band was formed and describe their musical career.

The teaser clip promises footage from the group’s media appearances, music videos, and more. Jonze himself was behind many music videos from the group which came out during the 90s.

The film will have a limited IMAX release on April 3 before moving to the streaming service on April 24. It has been produced for Apple by Fresh Bread and Pulse Films in association with Polygram Entertainment.
