This year’s US election is going to be historic, and it’s more important than ever to stay informed.
The Democratic National Convention (DNC) begins today (August 17th) and lasts until Thursday (August 20th). Due to the pandemic, the event will be virtual – and we’ve got everything you need to watch it totally free.
The easiest way to watch the DNC is probably through Amazon Prime Video. All 4 days of the event will be available to stream, and you can watch it completely free with a 30 day free trial.
Major networks ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC and Fox News are also offering DNC coverage, and with a fuboTV 7 day free trial you’ll be able to watch it all free. ABC News Live will host additional coverage of the DNC from 7pm ET – 11pm ET, which is available to watch via a Hulu + Live TV 7 day free trial. For CBS, you can try a one month free trial of CBS All Access.
Coverage will also be available via a pop-up channel on Peacock and Quibi’s The Report.
CNN and C-SPAN will also cover the DNC, and a livestream of the event will be available on the Democratic Convention official website, as well as across their social media profiles (including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube).
You’ll be able to watch DNC coverage on Amazon Fire TV, Roku and Apple TV.
