Disney Plus has revealed the trailer for its first cooking show. Be Our Chef brings about reminders of the popular song from Beauty and the Beast, and provides a competition with the family friendly feel which fits the platform.
The series will focus on families who compete against each other making food inspired by Disney franchises. The show host is Angela Kinsey, known for her work on The Office.
The dishes will be judged by chefs who work at Disney resorts, assessing two families at a time as they face off in a contest to win the prize of designing a dish which will be put on the menu at Disney World.
There are not just adult chefs, as children as young as ten will be getting involved in the kitchen. The range of ages means you can expect plenty of drama in the show.
The show becomes available on March 27 to stream on Disney+.
