A new show called Star Wars: Jedi Temple Challenge will stream exclusively on Disney Plus.
The game show is set in a distant galaxy and features young contestants who test the Jedi principles of strength, knowledge and bravery.
It appears to be a setup where there is an obstacle course to overcome, with sources reporting features such as lightsabers and other themed items.
The show will be hosted by Ahmed Best, who will play the part of Jedi Master and contestant mentor. Best is known by many as Jar Jar Binks in the Star Wars prequels.
He will be joined by a humanoid droid companion who will be voiced by Mary Holland.
Lucasfilm’s senior director of Online Content & Programming, Mickey Capoferri, has described the upcoming title as ‘a kids game show like no other.’
