Italy’s Serie A returns to your screens again today (July 22nd) with a whopping 6 matches. After a 103 day break caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the 2019-2020 league continues.
Today’s line-up is as follows:
Parma v Napoli (1:30pm ET)
Internazionale v Fiorentina (3:45pm ET)
Lecce v Brescia (3:45pm ET)
Sampdoria v Genoa (3:45pm ET)
SPAL v AS Roma (3:45pm ET)
Torino v Hellas Verona (3:45pm ET)
At the moment, Juventus claim the league’s top spot, with Atalanta close behind.
Parma are currently in the midst of a 7 game losing streak, while Napoli played fantastically against Udinese at the weekend. Inter v Fiorentina promises to be a thrilling match, as both teams have been playing excellently so far. Meanwhile, Lecce have to win their match if they want to escape the relegation zone and Sampdoria v Genoa looks like a fairly even challenge. AS Roma seem likely to win their match, and Torino will surely attempt to bounce back from their defeat to Fiorentina.
