Although the pandemic continues, sports events and leagues are beginning to resume again – albeit with protective measures in place.
One such league is the Italian soccer one – Serie A. This resumes from Saturday, June 20 at 1:30pm ET on ESPN Plus for US viewers.
To be precise, Torino vs Parma comes first, and then Verona vs Cagliari airs at 3:45pm ET.
Following these two events, Sunday June 21 sees Atalanta vs Sassuolo at 1:30pm ET and Inter Milan vs Sampdoria at 3:45pm ET.
ESPN caught up viewers on where they left off, saying in a statement: ‘Juventus, gunning for their ninth straight title, have a one-point lead over surprise package Lazio, making Serie A the tightest race in Europe’s Big Five leagues.’
