The Alienist returns tonight (August 2nd) with a double bill.
The series follows a detective team through 1800s New York City as they attempt to unravel grisly mysteries. The Alienist stars Dakota Fanning, Luke Evans and Daniel Brühl and is based on Caleb Carr’s 1994 novel of the same name.
The first episode up tonight, titled ‘Belly of the Beast’ will see the aftermath of a gruesome murder – with the team closing in on their prime suspect.
Then, stay on the same channel to catch the next episode, ‘Memento Mori’. This time we’ll see another child go missing, as well as Kreizler (Brühl) plunged into a disaster.
