Following a shutdown caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the next instalment in the Jurassic World franchise began production again in July 2020.
After returning stars Laura Dern and Sam Neill shared a picture of their directors’ chairs emblazoned with their iconic characters’ names – Dr Ellie Sattler and Dr Alan Grant, respectively – new images from the Jurassic World set have hit the internet via Jurassic World’s official Instagram account.
In the pictures, we can see the movie’s COVID-19 safety protocols – including a one way system and a crew member in a mask – as well as some adorable baby dinosaurs poking their heads out of a cage.
Jurassic World: Dominion is set to hit theaters June 11 2021. The movie will deal with the repercussions of its predecessor, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom – namely the release of dinosaurs into society.
Along with Laura Dern and Sam Neill, Jeff Goldblum and BD Wong will also reprise their roles from earlier Jurassic Park films – and Jurassic World: Dominion will also see the return of Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard.
