Netflix has revealed that 21 films from Studio Ghibli will be coming exclusively to the platform for international subscribers.
Making the announcement on Twitter, the streaming service used its @NetflixANZ account to reveal that the features will be available from February 2020.
The movies available from February 1 will be Castle in the Sky, My Neighbor Totoro, Kiki’s Delivery Service, Porco Rosso, Ocean Waves and Tales from Earthsea.
March 1 will bring with it Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, Princess Mononoke, My Neighbors the Yamadas, Spirited Away, The Cat Returns, Arrietty and The Tale of the Princess Kaguya.
In April, there will be Pom Poko, Whisper of the Heart, Howl’s Moving Castle, Ponyo, From Up on Poppy Hill, The Wind Rises and When Marnie Was There.
The movies will be available on Netflix ANZ and globally, excluding the US, Canada and Japan.
