Popular Disney movie Onward has been a fan favourite, but now those people want to know when it will be out on Disney Plus.
The good news is that it’s out now for purchase, or viewers can wait until April 3 to watch it as part of their Disney Plus subscription.
The movie’s theatrical release has been cut short due to the coronavirus pandemic, which means it goes the same way as Emma, Trolls World Tour, Birds of Prey, The Invisible Man and The Hunt.
Theaters across the US have closed down as efforts to prevent COVID-19 from spreading further are put in place.
When Onward was in theatres before these measures, it made $50 million, but it has since grossed $10.5 million in the US.
Director Dan Scanlon and producer Kori Rae said: ‘While we’re looking forward to audiences enjoying our films on the big screen again soon, given the current circumstances, we are pleased to release this fun, adventurous film to digital platforms early for audiences to enjoy from the comfort of their homes.’
