Charmed is an iconic series on The CW which has proven hugely popular since it first began to air on the network.
The good news is that the show has been renewed for a third season – although the production has been halted due to coronavirus.
In mid March, parent company CBS shut down production for a number of shows, which included Charmed. However, this will only be temporary.
CW president Mark Pedowitz said of the renewal in a statement: ‘These early orders for next season give our production teams a head start in plotting out story arcs and a jump on hiring staff, and this also provides us with a strong foundation of established, fan-favorite CW shows to build on for next season.’
