Those who are subscribed to CBS All Access may well know about the upcoming change the streaming platform is about to go through.
Indeed, streamers should mark their calendars for March 4, as this is the day it becomes Paramount Plus – with an expanded offering for those residing in the US and Latin America.
To get a taster of what’s coming up for parent company ViacomCBS in general, keep an eye on industry news on February 24. This is when streaming plans and strategy across Paramount+, Pluto TV and Showtime will be revealed.
We do know that the expanded offering will comprise over 30,000 TV episodes and movies, but it hasn’t yet been revealed if a price change is coming with the rebrand.
Bob Bakish, President and CEO of ViacomCBS, said: ‘With Paramount+, we’re excited to establish one global streaming brand in the broad-pay segment that will draw on the sheer breadth and depth of the ViacomCBS portfolio to offer an extraordinary collection of content for everyone to enjoy.’
