DC’s FanDome event on Saturday (August 22nd) gave us plenty of exclusive updates on upcoming projects to get excited about.

Alongside panels on movies like The Batman and the Snyder Cut of Justice League, we were also treated to a first look at James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad.

The panel revealed who each member of the massive cast is playing for the first time, and gave us a behind the scenes glimpse at the movie – which you can watch on YouTube now.

We see Margot Robbie’s fan-favorite Harley Quinn wielding a rocket launcher with glee, John Cena calling his character a ‘douchey Captain America’, comments from the cast and more in the video.

Gunn promised explosive action in the movie, and went as far as to describe it as ‘different from any superhero movie ever made’. Producer Peter Safran also called the film ‘completely unique’ and ‘a gritty 1970s war movie’.

Plus, we found out that Idris Elba’s Bloodsport is in jail for shooting Superman in the movie.
