Based on the graphic novel series by Gerard Way (of My Chemical Romance fame) and Gabriel Bá, the series follows a group of dysfunctional adopted siblings – each with their own unique superpower.
Season 1 saw the Hargreeve siblings launched back in time by their brother Five (Aidan Gallagher) after they failed to prevent the apocalypse. Now, season 2 sees them stranded in Dallas across different years in the 60s. With the assassination of John F. Kennedy – and another apocalypse – looming, the siblings have more problems to deal with on the horizon.
Critics are already declaring season 2 better than season 1, so expect to enjoy this new set of episodes if you loved The Umbrella Academy’s first offering.
