There has been much excitement about the Friends reunion ever since it was announced for HBO Max, but now there is an indefinite delay on the production of this title.
According to Variety, the unscripted episode has no update on when filming will resume, with many turning to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic as a reason behind the chaos.
The show was originally going to film in March with a live audience in tow, but the coronavirus outbreak led to these plans being put on ice.
While WarnerMedia revealed they planned to resume filming in August, it looks like those plans are now out of the window too.
The reason these plans have been scrapped are due to worries about a second wave of the pandemic rearing its ugly head, with peaks expected to hit in California.
Fans will need to wait a little longer to see Jennifer Aniston, David Schwimmer, Matthew Perry, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc and Courteney Cox back in their classic grouping.
