In season five of the main show, the pair met in person before Aika moved to the States using a K1 visa.
However, the journey wasn’t smooth sailing as Aika wanted children but Josh wasn’t able to have them with ease anymore due to his vasectomy.
To make matters worse, when Aika went to the doctors her own fertility was brought into question due to her age.
Now the pair have a shared Instagram, on which it looks clear that there are no children. It’s possible the pair are keeping their family top secret, but the common consensus is that they are living a child free life right now.
