There are a number of memorable couples and individuals who have starred on TLC’s 90 Day Fiancé and its spinoffs over the years.
Some of them have made regular headlines since their stint on the show has ended, and two in particular have gathered attention due to their weight loss.
One such person is Jorge Nava, who has recently come out of prison following a sentence for having 293 lbs of marijuana in his car (@mrjnava_ on IG).
He entered prison at 275 lbs and has now dropped to 190 lbs. He was in a relationship with Russian model Anfisa, which appears to have fallen apart.
Another example of 90 Day Fiance alum weight loss is Nicole Nafziger (@alwayssnicole on IG), who has shared her journey on Instagram.
She shared an update in November 2018 where she revealed she had dropped 14 lbs in 18 days.
It looks like she has continued with her weight loss journey and is chronicling the ups and downs on social media.
