With so many streaming services out there, it can be hard to decide whether you want access to on demand or live, and then pick the best one for your needs.
Three big contenders are AT&T TV Now, Hulu and Sling TV. We’ve compared these platforms in order to help you make your decision.
Hulu vs Sling TV
The first point to consider is that Hulu is more expensive – but you will get a wider variety of content. Meanwhile, Sling offers a limited offering in comparison – but you can customise your channel lineup. Combining Sling Blue with Sling Orange gives you more simultaneous streams than Hulu + Live TV, but Hulu has more hours of cloud DVR storage – 50 hours compared to 10 with Sling TV.
Sling TV vs AT&T TV Now
For those on a budget, Sling TV is the cheaper option. However, you will get plenty more choice with AT&T TV Now. There is HBO with AT&T TV Now, but Sling TV has the Happy Hour promotion, which offers free TV every night between 5pm and midnight.
AT&T TV Now vs Hulu
While Hulu is cheaper than AT&T TV Now, there are fewer channels available. That said, Hulu has a huge on demand library, but AT&T TV Now has HBO included. Hulu offers more compatible devices and unlimited simultaneous streams, but AT&T TV Now has a bigger range of packages to choose from.
But which package has your favourite channels? Here’s the lowdown.
- ABC – Hulu, AT&T TV Now
- NBC – Hulu, Sling TV
- CBS – Hulu, AT&T TV Now
- The CW – Hulu, AT&T TV Now
