Ever since Big Ed, real name Ed Brown, made his TV debut on TLC in 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days season 4, fans have been wondering how his love life is going since his breakup with Rose Vega from the Philippines.

The reality star has some cringe worthy scenes coming up in new spinoff show 90 Day: The Single Life, which is set to air on Discovery+. In one of the episodes, a trailer shows Ed going in for a kiss at the end of a date, only to have the woman turn away and walk out of the door.

In an interview with US Weekly, Big Ed said he had put himself back out there following the breakup by joining six dating sites. However, he said ‘I was catfished over 15 times. I had horrible, horrible luck.’ Fortunately, it looks like he might have found new love in a relationship he’s keeping under wraps for now.

Remaining cautious, he said ‘We’ll see what happens. It’s still early. It’s kind of another roller coaster of a journey, somewhat like the Philippines.’ He was helped in the process of finding love by hiring a relationship coach, and said his admittal of what he was looking for surprised the coach.

‘I hired a dating coach, which I got a lot of insight into who I am because one thing I revealed to her was who I wanted in a partner—you know, I wanted this, I wanted this and they don’t have to love me.

‘And she’s like, ‘Well, wait a minute. Why not? Like, why don’t you think you deserve love?’ So, for me, it was therapeutic. The show was really therapeutic. And I found somebody. … She’s a wonderful girl.’

Before you head to Big Ed’s Instagram to see if he’s been posting online with her, there is no trace of his new love on the internet just yet. It’s likely all will become clear when the new show makes its debut on Discovery+.

90 Day: The Single Life airs on Discovery+ from February 21, 2021.
