Marvel and Lovecraft Country fans alike have been left excited by the news that Jonathan Majors has reportedly been cast as Kang the Conqueror in Ant-Man 3.
The movie itself has not yet been officially confirmed by Marvel Studios, but that hasn’t stopped rumours from spreading in recent weeks.
For example, Peyton Reed is rumoured to be directing – after he was in that seat for both Ant-Man and Ant-Man and the Wasp.
Meanwhile, some have speculated that Jeff Loveness – writer behind Loki and Rick and Morty – will be working on the script, and production is said to be starting in early 2021.
According to Deadline, Jonathan Majors – known for his time in Lovecraft Country – has been cast in a lead role for the movie, with the outlet speculating that he would be playing the super-villain.
