Hell’s Kitchen has been a TV staple for a number of years now, and the good news is that season 19 has just started airing on Fox.

This time around, Chef Gordon Ramsay has relocated to Las Vegas in order to see who will take on the role of Head Chef at the restaurant in Lake Tahoe.

The episodes are currently airing every Thursday at 8pm ET on Fox, with the second episode airing on January 14 and a shrimp dish on the menu.

There have been a number of rumors circulating online for years that the show is staged, with planned scripts, fake diners and restaurants that aren’t real.

However, some contestants have spoken out about their experiences on the show, saying that they were thrown in with zero prep before filming – and Gordon Ramsay is actually very friendly once the camera is off.
