Streaming service Disney+ has announced today that it will be launching in the UK, Ireland and several other European nations on March 24 – which is a week earlier than originally planned.
The service will cost £5.99 or € 6.99 a month, or £59.99 or €69.99 for the year. It will be available in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria and Switzerland.
Belgium, Scandinavia, Portugal and other nations will receive the streaming service in the summer.
Disney Plus rolled out to the US on November 12, 2019. Australia, New Zealand and Puerto Rico were next, receiving it on November 19.
The platform has grown in popularity by a staggering amount following an overwhelming 10 million sign ups within its first 24 hours of going live.
