There have been rumours around for a while that Disney Plus and Hulu could combine to create one big streaming service.
Currently, Disney+ is the main streaming offering provided by the popular media giant, offering a host of family friendly content.
Meanwhile, Hulu provides content aimed at a more mature audience, so the pair combined would mean one service captures multiple target markets.
Some executives at Hulu have reportedly already left due to their belief the move is happening, and speculation about the price increase has begun.
The two platforms have experienced exponential growth in the last year, with Disney+ landing over 70 million subscribers in its first 12 months.
Meanwhile, Hulu has gone from just over 20 million subscribers to over 35 million in almost two years.
